Session 1: 1330 to 1500 hrs

Session 2: 1600 to 1730 hrs

Get on the water in dinghies, keel boats and safety boats accompanied by experienced sailors and instructors.We have a range of follow on courses and activities for children and adults so come along and find out more.

Enjoy our EABC hospitality on shore with a family BBQ. The clubhouse bar will be open throughout the day.

Discover Sailing Information 

1. Where is East Antrim Boat Club?    Address 88 Coastguard Road, Larne, BT40 1AU, Google Maps                                  
2. Can I park?   There is a car park on the left before you arrive at EABC, There is a sign so please park here and walk the 100m to the club house
3. When do I arrive and where do I go?  Please arrive at the club for the beginning of your booking time. When you arrive please sign in with our registration team. Once you are registered you can then use the changing facilities to get ready for our on water activities.
   
4. What should I bring? If you have any sailing/ boating kit (wetsuit, buoyancy aids etc) please bring your own. We have sailing kit that you can borrow but you could bring trainers that you don't mind getting wet, a towel and bathing suit and a spare change of clothes.

5. Are there refreshments on the day? Our hospitality team will be ready with tea, coffee and biscuits. The club bar will be open from 10:30 am and you are welcome to sit and enjoy the day from here. We will be having hotdogs on the BBQ for lunch from 12:00pm.

6. What can I expect on the day? We want everyone to experience the hospitality, activities and lovely surroundings at EABC. Please enjoy your on the water taster session and then make yourself comfortable at the club and soak the day in. We will have membership and sailing course offers on the day so you can find out more about our Summer activities, training and sign up for your next adventure.

9. Are there any Terms and Conditions?

   There are a number of terms and conditions to ensure we have your permision to use images for promotion of the event and data protection consents with East Antrim Boat Club and RYANI. These will be expalined to you at registration. This free event is supported by Sport NI's Project Reboot Funding Stream. We will send you a pre and post event form that they would like you to complete.  Children under the age of 6 can not partcipate in on the water acivites, but are welcome to partcipate in some off the water activites.
